Welcome to KSP Artha Guna. These Terms of Service govern membership, rights, obligations, and the use of our cooperative savings and loan products. By becoming a member or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below in accordance with Indonesian Cooperative Law.

1. Cooperative Membership

• Membership in KSP Artha Guna is open to Indonesian citizens who satisfy the requirements established in our cooperative bylaws and articles of association.
• Every member is required to deposit Principal Savings (one-time upon registration) and regular Mandatory Savings.
• Members hold equal voting rights (one member, one vote) in the Annual Member Meeting (RAT) and are entitled to fair, transparent distributions of annual Operating Surplus (SHU).

2. Savings Products

• KSP Artha Guna offers Voluntary Savings and Term Savings (tenors of 3, 6, 12 months) with competitive profit-sharing returns, zero monthly admin fees, and institutional security.
• Deposits and withdrawals are serviced directly at our operational office or through authorized Relationship Managers.

3. Financing Facilities & Harvest Schemes

• Working capital loans (Micro up to IDR 50M and Expansion up to IDR 200M) are reserved exclusively for verified members meeting underwriting guidelines.
• Borrowers may select standard monthly schedules (6–36 months) or our dedicated agricultural Yarnen (Harvest-Linked Payment) scheme of 3–4 months where repayments coincide with harvest sales.
• Borrowers must fulfill obligations punctually according to the financing agreement. Late payments may incur administrative charges under cooperative bylaws.

4. Member Obligations & Integrity

• Members must provide authentic, verifiable identity and business documentation (KTP, Family Card, enterprise/land records).
• Cooperative financing facilities may not be utilized for unlawful activities under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

5. Termination of Membership

• Membership concludes upon written resignation, decease, or termination by member assembly due to severe bylaw breaches.
• Principal and mandatory savings balances will be refunded in full after deducting any outstanding loan obligations.

6. Dispute Resolution & Cooperative Principles (Law No. 25/1992)

• In alignment with Law No. 25 of 1992 on Cooperatives, any dispute or misunderstanding arising from membership shall be resolved primarily through familial deliberation and mutual consensus (musyawarah mufakat) facilitated by the Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee.
• If an amicable settlement cannot be attained, the parties agree to resolve matters through the Member Assembly or submit to the legal jurisdiction of the District Court of Purwodadi, Grobogan Regency.

7. Amendments to Terms

KSP Artha Guna reserves the right to amend these Terms pursuant to Member Assembly resolutions or Ministry directives. Updates will be communicated through official cooperative channels.
