Welcome to KSP Artha Guna. These Terms of Service govern membership, rights, obligations, and the use of our cooperative savings and loan products. By becoming a member or engaging with our cooperative services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. Cooperative Membership

• Membership in KSP Artha Guna is open to Indonesian citizens who meet the requirements established in our cooperative bylaws and articles of association.
• Every member is required to contribute Principal Savings (one-time upon registration) and Mandatory Savings on a regular basis.
• Members hold voting rights in the Annual Member Meeting (RAT) and are entitled to an annual distribution of Operating Surplus (SHU) in a fair and transparent manner.

2. Savings Products

• KSP Artha Guna offers Voluntary Savings and Term Savings with competitive, community-oriented yields and strong financial security.
• Deposits and withdrawals are serviced directly at our operational branch or through official channels designated by the cooperative.

3. Loan Facilities

• Loan facilities are available exclusively to registered members who meet cooperative underwriting criteria and eligibility guidelines.
• Borrowers must fulfill installment payments and service charges on time according to the mutually agreed financing agreement.
• Late payments may incur administrative charges in accordance with cooperative governance rules.

4. Member Obligations & Integrity

• Members must provide accurate, valid, and verifiable personal identity documents (KTP, Family Card, and supporting records).
• Cooperative funds and facilities may not be used for unlawful or illegal activities under Indonesian law.

5. Termination of Membership

• Membership concludes upon written voluntary withdrawal, decease, or dismissal by member assembly due to violations of cooperative bylaws.
• Principal and mandatory savings balances will be disbursed to the member after settling any outstanding loan balances.

6. Amendments to Terms

KSP Artha Guna reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service following resolutions of the Member Assembly or regulatory updates issued by cooperative governing authorities. Updates will be communicated through our official channels.
